Very poor people employed at the hotel.Took money in advance and when the service was cancelled they did not refund as promised by their staff. They even stopped taking our calls! Very sad state of affairs.

Very bad conditions in the hotel. Poor hygiene in their kitchen and bathrooms. Very unclean. Staff maintains very poor hygiene standards. Especially during corona no one is seen wearing masks or using sanitizer . Very dirty management.

This hotel and its service is worst that we have come across. Staff is very disappointing and frustrating. Mainly they are a bunch of frauds running a business who will leave no stone unturned to cheat and lie to the customers inorder to get gains. Do not expect much from this hotel chain,these people cannot walk the talk!!

Very very poor experience of the hotel. Minti Sethi is a fraud and duped us of our money. Never book this hotel as they will provide you with the worst possible service. They are all scam artist and will commit one thing at the time of booking and than will lie afterwards. Stay away from this hotel chain and stay safe.

Minti Sethi is so unprofessional that she will stop responding to you once your money is in her pocket. She planned on never refunding our money that she committed at the booking time,but an honorable thing would be to atleast inform the customer of their intention.
